Kia ora, Yesterday the year 7&8’s went to Morewa School for technology. The year 8's were in wood work with Mr E. He gave us a quiz to do about safety before doing anything. When we finished he showed us what we were not supposed to touch and what we’re allowed to touch. We practiced using tools and machinery. Mr E Showed us how to make a waka he had a shorter piece of wood than us. Mr E drew how its supposed to be done. We had a bigger piece of wood than the woodwork teacher. The challenging part about woodwork was drawing the waka on the wood, The part I done well with was using the tools and machinery. Something I need to work on is tracing the waka. Have you ever been to Technology before?
Kia ora Wairua it’s Shay from your school. I really enjoyed your blog post about Mind Blowing Technology in your post it sounded like you had a lot of fun at Technology making the wakas. I also was making a waka with you and I also liked how you had a really catchy title.
